Known for practical, commercially minded advice, our client works with a blend of private clients, investors, developers and business owners, prioritising quality outcomes over churn and unnecessary red tape. About the Position: Our client is looking for a mid–senior Property Lawyer (5 PAE) to take ownership of a steady stream of developer-led matters, commercial leasing and select conveyancing files. This is a role for someone who wants to run matters end-to-end, be trusted to manage priorities, and enjoy flexibility without sacrificing interesting work. You’ll work across a mix including: Developer acquisitions and disposals (due diligence, contract negotiation, settlements) Off-the-plan and standard conveyancing (residential and commercial) Commercial, retail and industrial leasing (new leases, renewals, assignments, variations) Drafting and negotiating special conditions and transaction documents Direct client management with repeat referrers and longstanding relationships Supporting junior staff as the practice grows (as needed) What makes this role different is the way it’s structured: the work is meaningful, the expectations are realistic, and flexibility is built in—ideal if you’re balancing family, lifestyle, or simply want your career to fit your life.
